The material artifacts that were fabricated for the research push forward explorations about the use of robotics in architecture. Moreover, the research aimed to maximize the performance of low-tech sustainable material with computation and hi-tech machinery. The work developed a complex methodology that included testing various material mixtures, programming parametric modules and optimizing its shape, programming the robot and setting tools to fabricate the desired piece, firing, and evaluating the final product.
